VILLA COUNTRYSIDE

This project was built on a 3,121 m² plot in a rural area, near a stream, with a slope of 2.50 meters. The existing trees on the site were preserved, maintaining the natural harmony of the location.

The 700 m² house features three bedrooms, a spacious living area, and an artist’s studio. Two distinct volumes, connected by a central gallery, frame an interior garden with a pool at the rear of the property. A garage for three vehicles and sheltered terraces complete the design.

The smooth white plaster walls and natural zinc roofing create a sleek and modern aesthetic, while the wooden terraces surrounding the pool blend seamlessly into the lush green setting.
